Colorado Furnished Homes is a small, local business. We own every home we rent, we furnished each one ourselves, and we're the people you'll talk to from the first email to the day you hand back the keys.
Hi, we're Gretchen and Jim.
We've been hosting for 11 years and more than 10,000 stays, and we're Superhosts on Airbnb. We're a family business: we own these homes, we furnished every one of them, and we manage them ourselves. When you send an inquiry, it comes to us.
Over the years we noticed that the guests who stay a month or more need something different from a weekend getaway: a kitchen you can actually cook in, a real desk, laundry in the house, a yard for the dog, and a straight answer from a real person when something comes up. So that's what we built.
What you can expect from us

Why Colorado
Our homes are spread across the west and north sides of the Denver metro, in Westminster, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, and Edgewater. They're close enough to the city for work and close enough to the foothills for weekends. Red Rocks, the Clear Creek Trail, and Sloan's Lake are all part of the neighborhood. We think a month here is the best way to see what Colorado living is actually like.
