Can I book a home online?
No, and that's on purpose. Send an inquiry and one of the owners will reach out to talk through dates, pricing, and the lease. We don't take payment on this website.
What is the minimum stay?
Most of our homes have a 30-night minimum. We focus on medium- and long-term stays, from one month to a year or more.
What does "fully furnished" include?
Everything you need to live there from day one: furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a place to work. Bring your suitcase and your groceries.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rate for our homes. If a home is an exception, we will say so on its page and when we talk.
Why book directly instead of through Airbnb?
Booking directly means no platform service fees, a lease written for longer stays, and a direct line to the people who own and look after the home. Our Airbnb listings are there if you want to read past guest reviews.
Are your homes good for kids?
Our homes are best suited for adults. They aren't childproofed and we don't provide cribs or baby gear, so we don't recommend them for families with young children.
Who usually stays with you?
Traveling nurses and medical professionals, people relocating to Colorado, people displaced by home repairs or insurance claims, remote workers, and anyone who needs a real home in Denver for a month or more, often with a dog.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Every one of our homes is dog-friendly and has a fenced yard. Fence heights vary, and each home page lists the details. Tell us about your dog in your inquiry.
Which areas are your homes in?
Our homes are in Westminster, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, and Edgewater (by Sloan's Lake), on the north and west sides of the Denver metro. See the Areas page for a guide to each one.
