Some houses you rent. This one you actually live in for a while, and that’s exactly the point.
We’ve put real love into this place. It’s updated throughout and kept with genuine care, and you notice it the moment you walk in: cheerful, warm, solid.
The main level flows easily. There’s a fully stocked kitchen, a bright living room with a 55” Roku TV (log into your own streaming apps and you’re set), and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi. In-home laundry, central A/C for the Colorado summer, and two parking spaces round it out. Everything you need, nothing you have to hunt for.
Then there’s the primary suite: a genuinely enormous bedroom with soaring vaulted ceilings. It’s the kind of room that settles arguments about who gets it.
At the back of the house, a furnished sunroom is yours year-round for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or a quiet place to decompress. Downstairs, a large open bonus room with a TV gives everyone a second place to gather or spread out.
Outside there’s a private hot tub open all year, a gas grill, outdoor dining, and a fully fenced six-foot backyard. For a month or more in Colorado, it’s a home base that feels like home.

Yes. The backyard is fully fenced with a six-foot fence, Little Dry Creek Dog Park is a few minutes away, and the 470-acre Westminster Hills Off-Leash Area is close by.
How far is it from Denver and Boulder?
About 20 minutes to downtown Denver and about 25 minutes to Boulder by car. Red Rocks is about 35 minutes, and Denver International Airport about 40.
