Built for a month or more. This single-level ranch is the end unit of four, a block from the Sloan’s Lake loop trail.
Work and live. A dedicated desk with a task lamp, fast Wi-Fi, and a 55-inch Roku TV (bring your logins). The full kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware, and dishes, so you can cook every night of your stay. The full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit, so there are no laundromat trips.
Sleep. A queen bed with fresh linens, a ceiling fan, and dark curtains that help if you sleep after a night shift. There’s window A/C plus ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen.
Outside. A private front deck with Adirondack chairs, and a fenced yard. Dogs of all breeds are welcome; the 3-foot fence suits small and medium dogs best.
Getting around. Free street parking, keypad self check-in, and a couple of steps to the door. Walk to Edgewater Public Market, Target, groceries, coffee, and breweries. Downtown Denver is about 10 minutes by car.
Monthly stays. One price covers rent, utilities, and Wi-Fi. We’re a family, and we manage this home ourselves, so you deal with us directly. Send your dates and we’ll work with your contract start.

Good to know
- End unit of four attached ranch-style units. A shared walkway runs behind the row, so you may see neighbors pass by.
- The fenced yard has a 3-foot fence, best for small and medium dogs. All breeds are welcome.
- A couple of steps up to the front door, no staircase.
- Near restaurants and nightlife, so expect some evening noise.
- Not childproofed, and no crib or baby gear.
- Exterior security cameras, and a decibel-only noise monitor.
- Cannabis is OK outdoors only.
The neighborhood
A small, walkable city on Denver's west side, wrapped around Sloan's Lake Park, the city's largest lake. Our home is one block from the 2.6-mile loop trail, about 10 minutes from downtown and 15–20 minutes from Intermountain Lutheran and St. Anthony hospitals.
