How it works

Renting from us works more like renting from a good landlord you know than booking a hotel. Here's the whole process.

1. Send an inquiry. Use the inquiry form to tell us your dates, who's coming, and what brings you to Colorado.
2. We get in touch. One of the owners will reply, usually within a day, to answer questions and confirm availability and pricing.
3. Sign a simple lease. We use a straightforward agreement written for stays of a month or more, and arrange the deposit and first month directly with you.
4. Move in. The home is cleaned and ready, with linens on the beds and the kitchen stocked with the basics.
5. Settle in. You have a direct line to us for the whole stay. If something breaks, we fix it.
