Top floor, full-size everything. If you’re going to be somewhere for a month, the kitchen matters, and this one delivers: spacious, updated, with full-size appliances, a real dishwasher, and enough counter space to actually cook. It’s the kind of kitchen that makes you want to stay in on a Tuesday.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, proper dressers, and closets, so you can actually unpack. The living room is comfortable and bright, with a 55” Roku TV and a dedicated workspace with fast, strong Wi-Fi. Central A/C keeps the Colorado heat at bay.
Out back there’s a shared hot tub open year-round, a gas grill, outdoor dining, and a fenced yard with your dog’s name on it. Fruitdale Dog Park is close enough to become a daily habit.
