Living in Westminster
A city at the midpoint of the Denver–Boulder corridor, with quiet established neighborhoods, 90+ parks, and some of the best off-leash dog areas in the metro. Downtown Denver is about 20 minutes away and Boulder about 25.
Westminster’s best-kept secret is its location. The city sits almost exactly at the midpoint of the Denver–Boulder corridor, one of the most desirable stretches in Colorado, so you get both cities without having to choose. Downtown Denver’s restaurants and culture are 20 minutes south. Boulder’s Pearl Street and hiking trails are 25 minutes northwest, and US-36 connects them all.
Day-to-day life is easy. Grocery stores, everyday shopping, and familiar restaurants are all a short drive away. Our street is quiet, established, and residential, the kind of block where neighbors know each other. The Rocky Mountains sit on the horizon, a reminder that you’re in Colorado even on an ordinary Tuesday.

- Hyland Hills Golf Course and Water World. A round of golf a few minutes away, and Water World about 2 miles down the road.
